New super sharp probe for highest resolution imaging at high scan speeds.

Optimized for PeakForce Tapping operation in air and fluid at high scan speeds.  Recommended for use with Bruker Dimension FastScan AFM.  Combines a tip with 1 nm nominal end radius, moderate 0.25 N/m spring constant, and high resonance frequency of 110 kHz in fluid to provide reliable highest resolution imaging at high imaging rates with up to 8 kHz PeakForce Tapping actuation.
