The SCANASYST-FLUID probe features a single, V-shaped, Au reflex coated cantilever with a low spring constant. Paired with an intentional nominal 20nm radius tip that is not too sharp to damage surfaces, and not too dull to appreciably reduce resolution. Used in conjunction with Peak Force Tapping technology, meaning no tuning in fluid, Bruker AFMs can also employ automatic scan optimization using this probe. Expert level imaging every time!
