These probes are FASTSCAN-B but with additional tip processing to create tip radii of ~1nm for ultimate resolution!  Combines a tip with 1nm nominal end radius with the moderate 1.8 N/m spring constant, and high 450kHz resonance frequency of our popular FastScan-B probe.

FastScan-B-SS probes are designed specifically for imaging in fluid on the Dimension FastScan AFM.  All FastScan cantilevers have less that 3 degrees of cantilever bend.  Using this probe on an AFM other than the Dimension FastScan is not recommended and will result in sub-optimal performance.
