Request a Free Sample

The probe is an important component of a successful AFM experiment. With so many possible applications, it is important to select the right probe for your sample. The materials and design of the AFM probe are important factors to consider when choosing your probe. We offer sample packs free-of-charge to help you in your selection process.

Requesting a sample is simple.

From the specific AFM probe product page of interest, click on the Order a Free Sample link to add the sample pack to your cart.

You can continue shopping OR select the Check Out or Request Quote buttons in your shopping cart and proceed as directed to send your request. Once submitted, please check your email for a confirmation of free sample requested from Bruker Probes.

Your request will be sent to one of our applications specialists will contact you to verify that the sample probe chosen is a fit for your application.  Following our specialist’s confirmation, we will ship you the sample!

There are a couple of rules involving free samples:

1.       Free sample probes are currently only available in North America and Asia. We are working on expanding availability to Europe, Middle East, Africa, or Latin America.

2.       Free samples are limited to one per customer per year. If you have used your free sample please reach out to AFMProbeOrders@bruker.com for a consultation and advice on probe selection.
