A pack of CNT-like EBD Probes
MCNT-500 probes use EBD technology to create a CNT-like tip manufactured with precise dimensions (length and diameter) and tip orientation.  For high aspect depth and profile measurements, especially with Bruker AutoAFMs.  Unmounted for AutoAFM and other AFMs.
