Return Policy

Bruker AFM Probes manufactures high quality AFM probe products. These products have been stringently tested to guarantee specification conformance and to reduce the risk of manufacturing defective probes. AFM probes are consumable products and their performance and longevity are directly related to the care provided by the purchaser and the applications in which the probes are used. Because of the consumable nature of AFM probes, refund and replacement is only provided on probes that do not meet published specifications.

Return Policy is:

• Within 14 days of receiving the product, the purchaser is required to contact their local Bruker representative for instructions on sending the product back to Bruker AFM Probes at own postage/delivery cost.
• Any returns must first be authorized by Bruker AFM Probes.
• A replacement product will be provided once an assessment of the product has been made by Bruker AFM Probes and the item is declared out-of-specification or faulty.
• Bruker will only accept returns of merchandise with the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Replacement probes will be sent out the same day as receipt.

All other quality & performance related feedback or questions will be handled promptly on a case-by-case basis.
