IRIS TERS Probes

Proven High-Contrast TERS Probes
Only on Bruker's Innova-IRIS System

Reliable high performance probes are the central and non-trivial part of any Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS) solution. Commercially available high contrast IRIS-TERS probes uniquely provides full access to measurement on a wide range of samples exclusively with Innova-IRIS systems. The combination of the Innova-IRIS AFM with the new IRIS TERS probes provides the most complete TERS solution available today.

Model: TERS-AFM : One 5-pack of IRIS tuning fork AFM TERS Probes; $1,600
- TERS probes for 633nm using tuning fork force feedback
- For use with Innova-IRIS only with special cartridge
- Pre-mounted probes on tuning fork for easier and safer handling
- Performance of the TERS-AFM probes can be confirmed using TERS-SMPL

Model: TERS-STM: One 10-pack of IRIS STM TERS Probes; $1,950
- TERS probes for 633 nm excitation using STM feedback
- For use with Innova-IRIS only, using cartridge model 806-012-725
- Pin-premounted for easier and safer handling
- Use TERS-SMPL to test these probes at 633 nm excitation
- At least 5 out of 10 probes reach >10 contrast (tip-in vs tip-out) on TERS-SMPL

- Optimized for accepting pin-premounting of TERS-STM probes
